Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (launches, promos, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx (depending on the order and destination).
Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, email us as soon as possible at ninthcalico@gmail.com.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address and the carrier may charge fees to reroute packages.
Returned to sender / undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempt:

We can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply), or
-
We can issue a refund for the items once returned (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier first.

If the package is still missing, email us at ninthcalico@gmail.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
(Optional stronger wording you can include if you want: “We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. We’ll assist with claims, but replacements/refunds are handled case-by-case.”)
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos of:

the item(s), 2) packaging, and 3) shipping label
We’ll make it right.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO when supported by the selected carrier.
