These terms apply to Club Calico text alerts, a separate program offered by Ninth Calico LLC. They do not replace the terms for other Ninth Calico messaging programs.
When you join this text list, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts about Club Calico courses, tools, previews and launch news at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Joining is optional. You do not need to subscribe to texts to make a purchase or join our email waitlist. Text updates will begin when available; submitting the form does not guarantee immediate delivery.
You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in our marketing texts. For help, or to ask us to stop texting you before you receive a message, email hello@ninthcalico.com. Please include the mobile number associated with your request.

SMS privacy information
When you join Club Calico text alerts, we collect the mobile number you submit and signup and messaging-preference information associated with that request. We use this information to manage the text list, provide the updates you request, and handle opt-out and support requests.
We collect signup information through Shopify Forms and store it in our Shopify services. We plan to send text updates through Shopify Messaging. Shopify and providers involved in delivering messages process information to support these services. Our Privacy Policy describes other categories of information, uses and disclosures that apply to our website and services.
Retention and privacy rights are described in our Privacy Policy. To ask about your SMS information or request access, correction or deletion, email hello@ninthcalico.com. The rights available to you and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
